Answer from Sheryl Ross:

I believe we need to work with businesses in Ohio to encourage them to hire and retain our talented workforce. We need to support incentives for businesses to grow and develop the talent in their employees. We need to encourage economic development and support the Third Frontier (a program to move us to a leader state in technology and biotechnology employment).

Answer from Steve Driehaus:

I am working with city officials to implement an action oriented housing policy for Cincinnati's Westside neighborhoods. Components include:

Creation of a Housing Court; Freeze of Section 8 vouchers; Funding of a Housing one-stop-shop; Creation of TIF districts for housing redevelopment in Price Hill and Westwood; Creation of a "Housing Task Force"; Development of Grandview property for single family owner-occupied housing; Regular cleanups of primary arteries and right-of-ways.
