Mark Moses has lived in Pleasanton for 12 years and has two children who attend Pleasanton schools. He has an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He has managed all finance functional areas, including budget, in both city and special district environments. In addition, he has 10 years of banking and real estate investment experience
