Murrieta's General Plan Review : 2004By David F. LandriscinaCandidate for Council Member; City of Murrieta | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Residential/retail growth will give way to a new focus centered on the future of Murrieta's Jefferson avenue business corridor and the Golden Triangle.Over the past ten weeks many articles and focus groups later, candidates have talked about a new vision for Murrieta as opposed to actually offering an original thought or plan proposal, such as the plan submitted to the public domain for consideration on August 22,2003 and here again in the political philosophy section. The committe to elect Dave Landriscina humbly submits his credentials earned over many years of experience and knowledge-expertise that has been validated by the clients whose sustained growth and stability is a direct result of real world collaboration(US-Private/Public Sectors & Foreign Government/Enterprises), teamwork, budgets, contractual obligations, project consulting and conceptualizing of solutions/designs/quotations and custom manufacturing. The committee to elect Dave Landriscina asks voters to CAREFULLY review the candidates' bid for council in terms of their ability to lobby on behalf of the city with federal departmental officials, national & international investors, entreprenuers and other seasoned professionals. The committee to elect Dave Landriscina says the days of simply stating: I know all the right local people(makes a great lap dog); Voting no when it really means voting yes, because the no vote(2)is placed knowing it pleases certain constituents serving only to divide rather than face the facts and legal merits/responsibilities; Trashing the community with signs that tell the voter nothing and signals there ability to spend, spend, spend; Is undesireable and ARE OVER!!! Let's turn over a new leaf!! The committe to elect Dave Landriscina asks you to vote for:
--A serious candidate with a strategic plan; Let these character attributes be the foundation for a culture of performance, changing who ultimately sits on the council from this day forward. This action on the part of the voter signals to the community that we want not just high quality development, but champion-like individuals to govern this, our unparalleled legacy to our city's distinguishing future. Cast your vote for results! Vote For David F. Landriscina (#4) for City Council. |
