A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Mariemont, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding three and eight hundredths (3.08) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty and eight tenths cents ($0.308) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2004, first due in calendar year 2005. For The Tax Levy Against The Tax Levy
