1. Fix growth-caused transportation gridlock by widening Highway 4, constructing the 4th bore of Caldecott Tunnel and extending BART to far East County. 2. Insist developers pay their fair share by building new schools, parks and roadways to meet the infrastructure demands they create. 3. Protect "Urban Growth Boundaries" to stop unmanaged development that's eroding our quality of life and straining local roads and services. 4. Fast-track infrastructure projects to ensure that needed infrastructure improvements are not locked up in red tape. 5. Stretch limited county dollars by targeting waste, mismanagement and inefficiency -- to improve public safety and other vital services. 6. Oppose all new local taxes. |
