Improving school safety, security, energy efficiency and accessibility. Building new classrooms, gymnasium, multipurpose room, offices, restrooms and library. Shall Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District issue $6,400,000 in bonds, within legal interest rates, with citizen oversight, independent audits and no money for administrators' salaries?
