To maintain quality education, reduce the impact of unprecedented State budget cuts on classroom instruction, retain qualified teachers, maintain up-to-date textbooks and minimize reduction of essential academic programs, shall Santee School District levy $60 per residential parcel and $400 for each commercial, industrial or non-residential parcel annually for 5 years, with an exemption for seniors, with no proceeds for administrator salaries, with accountability measures and all funds remaining in Santee to benefit local schools?
