As a Board Director (Board President 1.5 years) and Chairperson of the Administration & Finance and the Parks & Planning Committees, I have worked together as a team member with staff and the community to accomplish the following:
- Established new prioritized goals & objectives to improve services to meet the current and future needs of the community
- Established & maintained a balanced budget with adequate reserves for the future. Refinanced CSD Bonds for a savings of $150,000
- Improved the CC&R/DRC review/enforcement process
- Expanded the Waste Recycling Program
- Renewed and enhanced the Cable TV Franchise
- PARK PROJECTS COMPLETED:
Kalithea Park, Community Park Playground, Allen Lindsey Park and Park View Heights Park renovation.
- PARK PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION PHASE:
Highland View Park, Bertelsen Park Renovation, and Skate Board Park,
- PARK & FACILITY PROJECTS IN DESIGN PHASE:
Promontory Community Park, Steven Harris Park Renovation, Teen Center, Pavilion renovation, Creekside Greens Park, Fairchild Park and the new CSD Maintenance Facility
