Deborah Pauly's Platform as a candidate for Villa Park City Council

As a candidate for Villa Park's City Council, Deborah Pauly is dedicated to:

• preserving the country appeal and spacious lot sizes that set Villa Park apart from most Southern California cities;

• providing a safe, self-sufficient and well-maintained community;

• continuing the city's fiscally conservative approach to governance, which has left us in an enviable position to weather the storm of the state's budgetary crisis and ensuing cuts to city revenues;

• investigating creative solutions to ongoing infrastructure refurbishment, the most pressing of which will be the deteriorating original sewer system;

• supporting the friendly, small-town atmosphere through events of the Villa Park Community Services Foundation; and

• facilitating increased communication between Villa Park's citizens and their representatives on the city council.
