  • A teacher who knows what is going on in our local classrooms.
  • Former Board Member and Treasurer of a local non-profit organization as well as an active member and leader of other community groups.
  • One of only two candidates who has actively participated in over 30 Goleta Union School District board meetings.

Top Priorities if Elected
  • I understand the Goleta Union School District and its complex budget. I have already saved the district one million dollars and I can do more.
  • Teachers salary increases averaged 2.9% for the last 2 years. As the district's greatest resource our teachers deserve better.
  • The PTAs are now paying for necessities like science teachers and computers when the district can now afford them.
