A Vision for Now and Tomorrow
Our children and grandchildren, who want to live in El Cajon, and wont to own their woun home are becoming priced out of the market. Condo conversions will help open home ownership to the first time buyers; also the smart usage of El Cajon's open spaces available for new home construction will bave to be closely managed. There may be a time in the future where we will have to consider a downtown high-rise development to accommodate those who work downtown and commute with public transportation.
