Ombudsman Program for Citizens of Vista

I advocate that an ombudsman be created to help with getting permits in a timely manner.
Too often, one ends up frustrated when trying to deal with Vista City Hall. Just getting a permit or getting it approved can often take years. Just ask our local tailor, Mr. Vargas! I propose that an ombudsman be established at City Hall that will be able to provide complete information on what the citizen or businessman will need in order to get a permit in a timely manner and guide them through the steps.
