Top Priorities if Elected
  • Oceanside needs a City Clerk who'll make the duties of the office his/her first priority.
  • The City Clerk needs to complete minutes of the City Council meetings in a timely and efficient manner as required by the municipal code (Sec.2.1.15).
  • The City of Oceanside needs to adopt an ordinance that provides for a fair and impartial review of the City Clerk Department on an annual basis.
