Businesswoman & Former Planning Commissioner: Alice understands the unique character of our City and will preserve what is best about Encinitas while planning for our future.

Neighborhoods First: Alice will safeguard our sense of community. She is committed to: safer streets for our children by reducing traffic in our neighborhoods, more parks and sports fields, increased support for our police and firefighters, and the beach sand replenishment program.

Planning for Our Future: With less than 5% of our community left to be developed, land use decisions have far greater importance. As a former member and Chair of the Planning Commission, Alice will bring an informed perspective to the Council.

Sound Financial Management: With years of community involvement, Alice knows the power of citizen participation. She will advocate for a Citizens Budget Advisory Committee to oversee the budget process, insuring our City's financial well-being.
