ANN J. KULCHIN BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Ann J. Kulchin was first elected to public office in 1980. She received her Bachelor of Education degree, taught elementary school for 7 years and worked as an administrative aide to a county supervisor in Santa Clara County. After moving to Carlsbad in 1978, she was elected to the Carlsbad City Council in 1980 and has been reelected in 5 elections.

In addition to her city responsibilities she currently serves and has served on numerous local, regional and national organizations.
