  • Ensure that Port San Luis Harbor recreational and commercial facilities meet the needs of the users.
  • Ensure that the Harbor Commission develops and implements a modernization program to provide a secure harbor.
  • Ensure that the Public will continue to enjoy low rates for Harbor services.
