  • I am currently serving on the Morro Bay City Council.
  • I am a 30 year resident of Morro Bay, and am a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
  • I have served as the Chair of the County Air Pollution Control District and have been on the Board of Directors for eight years.
  • I am a Viet Nam veteran.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Keeping Morro Bay financially healthy while we continue to provide essential services for our residents.
  • To replace our damaged fire station and open a second fire station in North Morro Bay to reduce emergency response times.
  • Keeping our community unspoiled and special. Morro Bay is a wonderful place to live.
Position Papers
We need to keep Morro Bay healthy.
We are facing some tough budget years. The state government is continuing to raid our treasury. We'll need to make tough decisions.
We need critical upgrades in our public safety departments.
We need to ensure that our police and fire departments have adequate training, equipment and proper facilities.
Let's keep our community special.
Morro Bay is a wonderful place to live. We need to preserve its unique charm.
