Maintain Cotati's "Small Town" Atmosphere
We need to focus on and develop Cotati's strengths as a city and community, instead of modeling what surrounding cities are doing.
Reduce Traffic Noise and Smog on Old Redwood Highway
Traffic noise and smog at all hours from Harley Davidsons, car stereos, and large trucks has reached a critical point to where the noise and air pollution is unbearable for residents on the highway.
