Governance is participatory. We are a representative government electing individuals to speak for us, we for that reason are vested.

Education is the foundation for developing productive citizens. It is clear that the pre-school education is effective in increasing the childs rate of success. I support Universal Pre-school entitling all children age 4 to public supported pre-school/education.
