All taxes should be voluntaryTaxes should be voluntary. Every citizen would then decide with their own money (the sweat off their own brows) how much and to what government program they wish to donate. This would make all citizens members of every legislative body. California would be a true democracy because everyone would vote on all government programs by deciding to give money, or not, to these programs. People should have all the government they are willing and able to support. |
