Judge Ralph E. Winkler is a Lifelong Resident of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Colerain High School in 1979 and the University of Cincinnati in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration: In 1983 he was accepted to Chase Law School at Northern Kentucky University Graduating in 1987 and passing the Bar that same year. During his Law School years he worked full time as a Law Clerk for Judge Donald Schott. In 1987 as a young Lawyer he was hired as an Assistant County Prosecutor. He worked as a prosecutor until April of 1999 when Governor Taft appointed him a Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge. He was elected to a 6 year term by the voters of Hamilton County in November 1999. He has presided over thousands of cases including: The Stephen Roach Trial, and The Bengal's Player, Tremain Mack's DUI case. He has been married to Theresa Winkler and has 3 daughters, Allison , Andrea, and Allayna. He is running this year for the Common Pleas Court Bench and will be on the Hamilton County Ballot on November 2nd, 2004.
