Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office?

I have been with the Juvenile Court for 30 years. I have worked almost every job at the Juvenile Court. He was elected to the bench in 1998. I graduated from Chase Law School, first in my class. I am a noted National and State leader in Juvenile Law.

2. How would you implement your top priority?

First and foremost, a Juvenile Court judge must promptly consider the increasing Court docket. All areas of Juvenile jurisdiction, including delinquent behavior of minors, child abuse and neglect, paternity, support and custody issues are all complicated and ever increasing.

Secondly, the resources provided to the Court to address these issues must be administered efficiently to enhance the protection of society, accountability of persons appearing before the Court and the best interests of children.
