Jim Hicklin, a longtime resident of South Gate, is a graduate of Pepperdine University and is a Practitioner/Tax Consultant Proprietor.
Jim is married and has four adult children and one granddaughter.
He has served as Commissioner of Parks and Recreation in South Gate. He is presently a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants where he
holds the office of Vice President for the San Gabriel River Chapter.
