Council Member; City of San Jose; Council District 7

I believe the role of City government is to serve the citizens of our community. That's why I want to serve on the Council -- to ensure that all our neighborhoods have a strong voice at city hall and an equal share of city services.

I am running for the City Council because I want to give back to the community. I have tutored and mentored young people and worked as a volunteer in the East San Jose Community Law Center and for the United Way. As an attorney, I am a trained advocate. No one will work harder than me to push to increase services and be a strong advocate for home ownership opportunities, environmental justice, and to be a strong voice for our neighborhoods at city hall.
