Dr. Joseph H. Dadourian is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified employee assistance professional in private practice in Pasadena, California specializing in advancing positive and productive behavior in the workplace/ schools. He is consulting Director of Psychology & Social Work for BHC Alhambra Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. He received his bachelors degree from the University of Redlands with one year of study and research at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His masters degree is in clinical social work from the University of Southern California and his doctorate in psychology from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Dadourian has been involved with applications of behavioral psychology in the workplace/ schools for the past 20 years. Dr. Dadourian assists employees of organizations, companies, hospitals, schools and cities in providing practical and entertaining training programs that enhance understanding and skills in dealing with a variety of work/life challenges. He, also, provides behavioral consultation on managing situations which can be problematic to the workplace/ schools such as the violence, terrorism, bullying, suicide, crisis events, conflicts, change, stress, etc. Dr. Dadourian has extensive experience in Crisis Management particularly with designing and implementing Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Services for a variety of traumatic events.
