I currently work as an executive manager in an organization (City of Glendale Police Department)that has nearly 500 employees and an annual budget of $39 million dollars. My career opportunities, experiences and training, coupled with my formal education, have given me the tools necessary to assist the Action Auga Dulce Unified School District in resolving a number of their long standing problems; namely their budget, facility development and maintenance, and the need for a clear VISION.
I am also an educator at the community college level, and have been so in excess of 13 years. In addition to understanding how to effectively "administer" the District, I also have insight for the challenges of teachers in the classroom and understand what tools they need to be effective educators of our young children.
