  • Put the word "Unity" back in our Unified School District-increase collaboration and buy-in between all stake holders;bridge the communication gap
  • Reestablish the arts programs and teacher's aides- seek grants and partnerships with neighboring districts
  • Be fiscally responsible,rebuild the reserves- begin an Alumni Endowment Fund; develop more business partnerships
