Shall the Community Facilities District No. 2005-1 (Community Recreation Center): 1) issue not more than $22,230,000 of 30-year bonds to build the core of the North Tahoe Recreation Center on Dollar Hill; 2) levy a special tax which shall escalate at 2% annually to pay bond debt service and to support the Center's operation; and 3) have an appropriations limit of $2,000,000 per year? After bonds are paid off, the tax may continue at a reduced level to fund only operations, if necessary.
