Political Philosophy for Ed Echeverria
Candidate for |
I have been attending CUSD Board meetings regularly for more than two years. Not many people attend the meetings and that's fine. If you can not attend, then it helps to have a good Board representative on your side, one who will speak for your children. Yes, teachers, staff, and administrators are all important. But, if it weren't for the children, there would be no need for the others. So our attention needs to be directed toward the children (my special interest group!) not personal goals or agendas of particular Board Members. So as a Board Member, what are some of the things I will do for your children?
In order to effect change, one must know what to change. Again, I am the only candidate who has direct knowledge of the Board and their activities. That was apparent after the Candidate Forum sponsored by the Antelope Community Association on October 13. Check out my web site for reflections from that event. I would appreciate your support and your vote on November 8. Thank you, Ed Echeverrķa ED 4 EDUCATION |
