"With Rosalie's support, intervention, and direction, the CONCERNED CITIZENS OF BURLINGAME objected to PG&E's 230 kv electric power line buried under Trousdale Ave. Ten months later, PG&E capitulated. In June 2004, it reconsidered the alignment. PG&E agreed to place its power line elsewhere."
