City Treasurer; City of Millbrae

I will abide by the objectives of the City of Millbrae Investment Policy, which provides guidance to invest City of Millbrae funds in accordance with sound treasury management principles; Safety, Liquidity, Yield, Diversification, Marketability, Prudence, Reporting and Safekeeping;

Render quarterly investment reports including certification of compliance with investment policies and adequate six-month cash flows;

Avoid derivatives such as inverse floater, interest only collateralized mortgage obligation strips, range notes and zero interest accrual securities;

Obtain permission from County Treasurer to withdraw funds from county pool to invest elsewhere, and

Require delivery of all security via book entry, third party custodian or physical delivery.

Am dedicated to keeping the City financially solvent. It would be my honor to again serve as your City Treasurer.
