RESIDENTS.AND HAS A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONCERNS,
WHEN THE CITY CLERKS OFFICE IS PRESENTED WITH THESE CONCERNS.

IT IS EASIER FOR THE VOTERS TO REMEMBER VOTING ON EVEN YEARS. AND YES I AM IN FAVOR OF CONTINUING THE EVEN YEAR
