An additional tax for the benefit of the Madeira City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding nine and four-tenths (9.4) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ninety-four cents ($0.94) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007.
