- Experienced Leadership Promoting Continued Educational Excellence at EDUHSD
 -
I have been a leader in establishing educational excellence as a norm at EDUHSD, and our high schools are among the very best in the region and in the State.
 - Fiscal Conservatism: Balanced Budgets and Creating Strong and Efficient Educational Programs Within Our Financial Means
 -
I am strongly fiscally conservative; I believe EDUHSD must have a fiscally sound, balanced budget, with ample financial reserves. My experience and knowledge of California school district financing gives me the ability to lead on District financial issues.
 - Establishing and Growing Excellent Educational Facilities
 -
During my service on the EDUHSD Board, EDUHSD has a tremendous record of accomplishment in improving and expanding our District's educational facilities. My work experience as a school district attorney, in which I have purchased real property for districts and worked on legal issues regarding school district construction projects has been a valuable asset to the EDUHSD Board as it builds new school facilities.
