  • change the city charter to return to primaries, run by ward and represent by ward, must be a Eureka resident for 90 days before filing for office.
  • make the top priorites for the council support of fire, police, water, sewer and streets.
  • Make code enforcement and nusiance abatement a higher priority for city staff.
