A financial plan to maintain the financial health of the district. Our problem is that we have a marginal revenue growth platform that fluctuates on the positive side and the negative side, depending on the growth in population or decrease in population within the district. Spending marginal revenue growth on nothing but salaries leaves the infrastructure and support cost of the district without funds. This is why we all need to sit down and brainstorm in order to keep the district solvent and be able to increase staff salaries. |
