 - Lifetime resident of Bakersfield with two children who attended Bakersfield City Schools
 - Knows and understands the concerns of the parents, teachers, students, and members of our community

- Establish an attitude of teamwork and shared responsibility between parents, teachers, administrators and the Board of Education.
 - Obtain funding to build three new schools, to modernize present schools and insure children's safety at all schools.
