  • Almost thirty years working at the US Environmental Protection Agency and seven years for the US Army Corps of Engineers
  • Bachelors degree and two Masters degrees in Public Administration and Environmental Management
  • Immediate Past President of the League of California Cities
  • President of the Cities, Counties, and Schools Partnership

  • Improving public transportation and easing traffic gridlock on the freeway.
