Challenger Baseball 2003-present

Founded a baseball league for special needs kids in 2003. The league is part of little league and is provided at no cost to the player. Started with 24 children and is currently up to 130 players. Secured grants from the Boeing Foundation, The Angeles Foundation, and the Rotary Foundation.

Started an RBI baseball program for at risk youth in conjunction with Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Angeles of Anaheim. .

Cypress High School Policy Debate Founder and Coach 2003-present

Started a Policy Debate Program at Cypress High. It is an after school program and we go to tournaments at other High Schools and Colleges. Our first seniors graduated in 2006 and are debating for West Point, UCLA, USC, CAL Berkley, and UCSD.

Recipient of 3 HSA (Honorary Service Award) awards from various PTA's.
