Local agencies must communicate and work closely together for the benefit of the community that they serve.
Government agencies work for the people. Government agencies should lead the way in removing barriers to assist their customers in achieving their goals. The Goleta Water District must forge good relationships and communication channels with the County of Santa Barbara, UCSB, Goleta Sanitation District, and Goleta West Sanitary District, in order to facilitate the business of the District and the needs of its constituents.

KEEP POLITICS OUT OF THE WATER BUSINESS AND KEEP THE WATER BUSINESS OUT OF LAND-USE POLITICS.
