Candidate for
Board Member; Morgan Hill Unified School District

I am involved on the school board out of a sense of community. It is an opportunity for me to give back to a school district that has been very good to my family. I am in a unique position of having a real history with the district as an involved parent but at the present have no children still attending the schools. I have no hidden agenda. I am here to serve the students and employees of our school district. We are very proud of our students and staff. They have accomplished so much but are also capable of achieving more. I hope to help give them the tools they need to achieve. I want Live Oak High School to be completly remodeled. I want it to be a structure that is condusive to learning and one that our community can be proud of. I want Britton Middle School to be remodeled. As a school in the heart of our downtown we need a structure that everyone is proud of. We have wonderful teachers and staff. We need to treat them with respect and dignity and provide them with a work environment that will allow them to do great things with our students.
