Priorities:
  • Put an end to the waste of millions of dollars of PVWMA ratepayers money on duplicative studies, and obscene attorney fees.
  • PVWMA must cease from "Fiddling while Rome burns." and bring forth a affordable project that can be supported by the voters.
  • If it is too late for a project to supply the needs of all stakeholders, then existing supplies must be allocated pro-rata.
