Full time teachers vs. adjuncts
The ratio of full to part-time teachers at both colleges is much too high.
Heal the division between the campuses
Cuyamaca College and Grossmont College staffs have, in recent years, grown suspicious of each other's motives.
Reinstate Shared Governance and transparency
Shared Governance is required by law. Many decisions made by the Board and by the chancellor's Office have been top-down decisions.
