  • Identify Los Osos Valley Equine Farm ("LOVE Farm") and hybrid technology for sewage treatment.
  • File a proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration for a Wastewater Treatment Facility and Summertime Recharge Permit at LOVE Farm.
  • File addendum to the Coastal Development Permit.

  • Spring 2007

  • Propose modification to CCRWQCB's Waste Discharge Order.
  • Negotiate reactivation of the State Revolving Fund loan.

  • Summer 2007

  • Re-bid and award collection system and wastewater treatment facility contracts.

  • Fall 2007

  • Begin Construction on collection system, wastewater treatment and discharge facilities
