  • William L. Parment was born in 1942 in Jamestown, NY.
  • He is a graduate of Jamestown Community College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at SUNY New Paltz.
  • He also did graduate work at SUNY Fredonia.
  • Prioe to 1982, he served as Deputy Director of Planning and Development for Chautauqua County and Director of Public Works for Chautauqua County.
  • He also worked on campaign finance at the Instutute on Money in State Politics.
  • In the Assembly, Mr. Parment sits on the following committees: Education, Environmental Conservation, Mental Health, Veterans' Affairs, Ways & Means
