    Shall the City Charter be amended effective July 1, 2007, to authorize annual salaries of $58,000 for the Mayor and $46,000 for each Council Member as compensation for their duties with no compensation authorized for them as Members of boards, commissions, and similar bodies; to be adjusted annually as a percentage of that salary prescribed by law for judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court? ¿Debería serenmendada la Carta Constitucional de la Ciudad a partir del 1ro de Julio del 2007 con el fin de que se autorican los sueldos anuales de $58,000 para el Alcalde y de $46,000 para cada Miembro del Consejo como compensación por sus deberes y funciones, pero que no se les autorice compensación alguna como Miembros de juntas directivas, comisiones, y organizaciones similares. Dichos sueldos serán adjustados anualmente como un porcentaje del sueldo indicado por ley, por los Jueces del Tribunal Superior de Los Angeles?

    Measure V Limits on New Construction in Central Core Area -- City of Sierra Madre (General Plan Amendment)
    Shall an ordinance be adopted to amend the City's General Plan and zoning ordinance to establish the following limits on new construction in the Central Core Area of the City and to require voter approval for any exception to these limits: two stories and thirty feet in height and thirteen dwelling units per acre except as required by the state density bonus law for certain affordable housing projects?
