Felicia Ford has spent has spent a good portion of her life with a high regard for helping others. She has extensive experience in the service and hospitality industry dealing with major corporations and executives, giving her a background in communications, contract negotiations, sales, and public speaking.

Since leaving Corporate America, FORD has been busy creating opportunities for people in underserved communities throughout Southern California. In 2003, Bright Stars of Hope Foundation was created to give youth the opportunity to explore the world through artistic expression and academics, instilling hope beyond the children's neighborhood walls.

Felicia Ford is President of Woodlawn Memorial Park Corporation. She is also Executive officer of the Woodlawn Memorial Park Foundation, which was founded in order to provide ongoing support and assistance to the family members of the decedents buried at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, with a foundation membership base exceeding 3,000 nationwide.
