    • Primary Election
    Generally speaking, you can vote only in the Primary of the Party in which you were enrolled as of October 13, 2006 (last year). The exception to this general rule is for new registrants (those not previously old enough to vote, new citizens, those with the Military, or in a V.A. Hospital outside New York State): they can vote in the Primary of the Party in which they were enrolled as of August 24, 2007.
