  • I believe I have learned many things about the operations of the District and I understand the big issues that face it and the Water Industry.
  • I believe my business background and experience is beneficial and a strength to the District.
  • I spent the last 22 years of my 32 years with Pacific Bell as an executive responsible for policy-making decisions in several different disciplines of the Company.
  • In my second career I continue to run projects and am responsible for bottom line results for customer service and profitability.
  • I was educated at Pomona College in Claremont where I received my BA degree.
  • My wife and I have been area residents for 30 years.
