November 6, 2007 Your vote will elect a Member of the Board of Directors of YOUR Water District. (LPVCWD). The Director will be responsible to Set Policies, Water Rates,*Direct the Operations, Negotiate Contracts and Manage the Financial Obligations of the Water District, with $ 13 Million in assets and an operating budget of over $3 Million per year.
